I have many clients who come to me simply wanting to shift an anxious thought or a specific behavior, such as overcoming the fear of public speaking or to stop eating chocolate chip ice cream. Other’s choose to spend their session transforming a negative belief that is preventing them from progressing in a specific area, such as the belief that they are not good enough to apply to that job or pretty enough to find love. And some would like to overcome specific phobias or traumas, such as overcoming the fear of flying on airplanes or moving past a painful experience.
With NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), T.I.M.E. Techniques and/or Hypnosis, we can work on shifting whatever instant need you may have quickly and effectively!

Q. What’s the difference between your 8 week program and the 90 minute session?
–This 90 minute session only allows us to work on 1 or 2 issues you may be having. My 8 week program is tailored towards specifically helping women overcome a pattern of toxic relationships and find healthy love. In the 8 week program, we go much deeper into the roots of what may be causing these behaviors by creating an individualized program crafted to your needs within that specific topic.
Q. What kinds of behaviors can I change in this session?
–You can shift any behavior you’d like…From not drinking red wine anymore, to getting over your fear of public speaking, to getting over your ex-boyfriend, to seeing yourself with confidence, to getting over a specific trauma in your life..The options are endless.
Q. What if I’d like to keep working on more topics?
–If you find that you’d like to work on other issues you may have, we can talk about developing a coaching program tailored to your needs.
Q. If the techniques don’t work, can I get a refund?
I don’t offer any refunds, however if the technique doesn’t work, we can schedule another session free of charge in order to implement the technique again or try another strategy.
